1. Order Processing and Confirmation

1.2. Order processing takes 1–2 business days.
1.3. After confirmation, the customer receives an email with:

– list of items,
– delivery method and cost,
– estimated delivery time.
2. Order Preparation
2.1. All items are inspected before packaging.
2.2. Products are packed to ensure protection during transportation.
2.3. If an item is out of stock, the customer will be notified and offered:
– to wait for restocking,
– a product replacement,
– a full refund.
3. Delivery Methods
Delivery options depend on the selected delivery service and region.
3.1. In-store Pickup (Self-pickup)
The customer may collect the order directly from the store at the address provided on the website.
3.2. Courier Delivery to Home Address
Door-to-door delivery.
The courier may contact the recipient to coordinate delivery time.
3.3. Delivery to Post Office / Pickup Point
The customer will receive an SMS or email notification once the package arrives at the pickup location.

4. Delivery Timeframes

– Within Israel: 4–7 business days
– International delivery: 7–21 business days

4.3. The store is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, or customs.
5. Delivery Cost

5.2. Delivery cost is not included in the product price.
5.3. Delivery fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
6. Tracking Information

6.2. The package status can be tracked on the delivery provider’s website.
7. Receiving the Order
7.1. The customer must check the package condition upon receipt.
7.2. Damaged packaging should be reported to the delivery service.
7.3. If the customer fails to collect the package and it is returned, the customer is responsible for:
– the cost of re-delivery,
– the original delivery fee (non-refundable).
8. Incorrect Address or Absence of Recipient
8.1. If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, delays or returns are the customer’s responsibility.
8.2. Re-delivery costs are paid by the customer.
8.3. The store is not responsible for failed delivery due to the recipient’s absence.
9. Customs Duties for International Orders
9.1. Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes (if applicable) are paid by the customer.
9.2. The store is not responsible for customs delays.
