3. Warranty Inspection Procedure
3.1. The manufacturer/supplier conducts a technical diagnosis to determine the nature of the defect.
3.2. The supplier/manufacturer makes the final decision, including:
– confirming the defect as a manufacturing defect,
– rejecting warranty if the defect is not manufacturing-related.
3.3. Diagnostic and repair timeframes are determined by the supplier and may vary depending on the product type and defect complexity.
4. Warranty Repair or Replacement
If the defect is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, the supplier may:
4.1. Repair the product at no additional cost,
or
4.2. Replace the product with a new one,
if repair is not possible or not economically reasonable.
All decisions are made solely by the supplier/manufacturer.
5. Cases Not Covered by Warranty
Warranty does not apply to defects caused by:
– improper use,
– incorrect storage,
– mechanical damage,
– unauthorized repairs,
– normal wear and tear,
– damage occurring after delivery.
In such cases, the product will be returned to the customer without repair or replacement.
6. Refund Under Warranty
If the supplier confirms the defect but is unable to:
– repair the product, and
– replace it with a new one,
the supplier may decide to issue a refund.
In this case:
6.1. The supplier provides written confirmation to the store.
6.2. The store refunds the customer according to the applicable return procedures.
7. Additional Conditions
7.1. This Warranty Policy does not replace the Return & Exchange Policy. It applies only to manufacturing defects.
7.2. Shipping costs for warranty inspection may apply according to the store’s delivery policy.
7.3. The store is not responsible for the supplier’s decisions or processing times.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. All products purchased on the website must be used strictly for their intended purpose and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and safety guidelines.
8.2. The store is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage, including bodily injury, property damage, financial loss, or any other harm resulting from:
– improper or negligent use of the product;
– use of the product contrary to its intended purpose;
– lack of proper supervision or professional guidance when required;
– unauthorized repairs or modifications;
– failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions;
– normal wear and tear of the product.
8.3. The customer acknowledges that the use of sports and gymnastics equipment may require physical ability, special skills, or professional supervision. The customer bears full responsibility for taking all necessary safety precautions.
8.4. The store’s responsibility applies only to confirmed manufacturing defects, as determined in writing by the official supplier or manufacturer, and only within the limits explicitly defined by applicable law.
8.5. Any descriptions, recommendations, images, or demonstration materials presented on the website do not constitute a guarantee of safety, performance, or results from the use of the product.
8.6. The company and/or its representatives shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage, including bodily injury, property damage, financial loss, or any other harm resulting from the use of a product and/or service purchased on the website — even if the product was used correctly and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Full responsibility for the safe use of the product lies solely with the customer.
